The combi-wool symbol

An internationally recognized seal of approval for products containing at least 60% pure shorn wool.

The Eco-Tex Standard 100

The Eco-Tex Standard 100 label is used for textiles that contain no health hazards. Test specifications were produced by the Austrian Textile Research Institute in Vienna and the Hohenstein Research Institute in Bönningheim, Germany and introduced in 1992. Producers that display this symbol are required to submit samples annually. Testing institutes, currently operating in 11 countries, have the right to make unannounced spot checks of the certified goods at any time.
